Australian Lithuanian Archives – your story in Australia.
The Archives contains records created by the Lithuanian community in Australia that are worthy of permanent preservation. The primary collection dates from 1947 and includes minutes, reports, correspondence and other material from various clubs, groups and organisation in Australia.
The Archives aims to preserve and provide access to an authentic record of the people, programmes and governance of the Lithuanian community in Australia.
It actively collects, preserves, conserves, organises, interprets and where possible, make accessible, material culture and documentary resources relevant to the Lithuanian community in Australia.
If you are in custody of material from a group, or club (Scouts, sports, singing, literature, state Council) that is associated with the Lithuanian community you are encouraged to transfer these records to Archives in Adelaide. Here we can insure that the records are kept for the future.
Your personal history can also be deposited, any material that has a connection with Australia.

Archyvuose yra Australijos lietuvių bendruomenės sukurtų įrašų, kurie yra verti nuolatinio išsaugojimo. Pirminė kolekcija yra 1947 m., Kurioje yra daugybė įvairių klubų, grupių ir organizacijų Australijoje minimų, pranešimų, korespondencijos ir kitų medžiagų.
Archyvai siekia išsaugoti ir užtikrinti prieigą prie autentiško Australijos lietuvių bendruomenės žmonių, programų ir valdymo.
